Thank You ALIVE! and Sheriff Deputies

On one very hot, very muggy Saturday in July volunteers from ALIVE! pulled into their parking lot, successful in handing out food to families and people hit hard by Covid. At the same time, the Alexandria Sheriff’s Office has been on the front lines helping Alexandrians throughout this pandemic. These volunteers work tirelessly and it’s past time to say thank you.
WEBA brought the food to them. With the help of a sponsor and WEBA member Wiygul Automotive, Ande Charles Slider Bistro food truck provided sliders, tater tots, and drinks for 80 volunteers and Sheriff officers.
Thank you so much to you ALIVE! volunteers and the Sheriff’s Office for all you do for our community. It is very appreciated. And thank you Ande Charles for the wonderful food, and to Wiygul Automotive, thank you for being a community supporter!
