- Networking: WEBA members can network with other businesses in the West End and beyond, as well as city associations, nonprofits, civic organizations, and community participants. Networking socials are $20 for members, and other events are free or discounted.
- Public outreach forums: WEBA hosts public outreach forums on topics of business and community interest that impact the West End and beyond.
- Collaboration: WEBA promotes cooperation and communication with other city and area business associations, leading to a more united City of Alexandria.
- Business visibility: WEBA boosts the visibility of West End businesses through an online member directory and member website links on the WEBA website.
- Leadership and professional development: WEBA provides opportunities for members to develop their leadership, professional, and civic skills through committees, speaking engagements, and training opportunities.
