Born in Manila, Philippines, Mary Ann lived in various parts of the world before settling in Alexandria, Virginia, which she has proudly called home since 1994. Alongside her family, she has built a life deeply rooted in service, community, and meaningful connection.

Mary Ann holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and has diverse professional expertise, from helping run her family’s restaurant and trading forex and commodities to advocating for higher education and working as a home stager. Today, she channels this rich background into her career as a Realtor. Each of her roles has been fueled by a single passion: helping others achieve their dreams, whether through homeownership, investment properties, or entrepreneurship.

As a local and global REALTOR® licensed in Virginia, Mary Ann, alongside her dedicated referral team, proudly serves clients across Washington D.C., Maryland, and beyond. Known for her exceptional customer service, she expertly guides clients through every step of the real estate process. Supported by a robust network of trusted vendor relationships, she ensures a seamless experience for both first-time buyers and seasoned investors, offering strategic guidance on acquisitions, opportunity costs, property staging, and long-term planning.

She is an energetic advocate for giving back and currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Virginia REALTORS®, a Virginia REALTORS® RPAC Trustee, and a member of the NVAR Public Policy Committee and NV/RPAC Trustees. As the President of the West End Business Association (WEBA), Mary Ann’s work is driven by a profound love for her community and a dedicated mission to bring local businesses and residents together to create a thriving, unified neighborhood. She actively champions small businesses through strategic leadership, advocacy, networking, and resource sharing, while frequently volunteering for city events, advisory groups, and area nonprofits. Through everything she does, Mary Ann encourages others not only to live, work, and play in their communities, but to actively engage in shaping their future.
