The West End Business Association (WEBA) invites you to a milestone celebration at  The Garden ALX. This year, in honor of International Women’s Day, we are moving beyond traditional networking to celebrate the women who serve as the economic and civic backbone of Alexandria.

Our 2026 theme explores leadership through the lens of Love, Empathy, Service-in-Action, and Caring. Join us for an evening dedicated to those who lead with a heart for service and a boundless commitment to the well-being of others.

• Keynote Speaker: We are honored to welcome Mayor Alyia Gaskins, whose leadership continues to shape a more inclusive and vibrant Alexandria.

• Moderator: The conversation will be expertly guided by Jennifer Ayers, Executive Director of ALIVE! and WEBA Board of Directors Member.
